复杂环境下火电厂超深基坑爆破技术

面对紧邻运行项目一期,厂区紧密设备正常运行时爆破振动速度不得大于0.5 m/s、振幅不得大于120 μm,且距被保护运行设备水平距离不足8 m,爆点低于被保护设备基础,临近海边孔内大量积水,无法进行静态破碎的复杂环境,为解决超深基坑及坑中坑、沟中沟、坑中台坚硬岩石的爆破开挖,采用"隔-阻-防,延时-分层-松动"相结合的爆破技术和全方位、多角度减振、防飞安全技术措施.基坑和沟槽一次性爆破开挖符合设计要求,实现了临近构筑物及设备设施最大爆破振幅不大于110 μm、爆破振速不大于0.5 cm/s的技术目标,确保了厂房和设备的安全,爆后岩石块度适中,提高了作业效率,可对类似复杂环境下深基坑开挖工程提供借鉴作用.
Ultra-deep foundation pit blasting technology in thermal power plant under complex environment
In the face of the complex environment where the tight equipment in the factory area is operating normally and the blasting vibration speed is not greater than 0.5 m/s and amplitude is not greater than 120 μm,and the horizontal distance from the protected operating equipment is less than 8 m,the blasting point is lower than the foundation of the protected equipment,and there is a large amount of water accumulation in the nearby seaside hole,making static crushing impossible.In order to solve the blasting excavation of ultra deep foundation pits and hard rocks in pits,trenches,and platforms,a combination of"isolation resistance prevention,delay layering loosening"blasting technology and comprehensive,multi angle vibration reduction and anti flying safety measures are adopted.The one-time blasting excavation of foundation pits and trenches meets the design requirements,achieving the technical goal of maximum blasting amplitude not exceeding 110μm and blasting vibration velocity not exceeding 0.5 cm/s for adjacent structures and equipment facilities.Ensuring the safety of the factory and equipment,the rock fragmentation after the explosion is moderate,and improving operational efficiency.The research results can provide reference for deep excavation projects in similar complex environments.
