智能爆破技术对于推动工程爆破技术在薄壁筒体构筑物拆除爆破领域进一步向自动化、准确化、精细化发展具有重要现实意义,通过详细总结薄壁筒体结构拆除爆破关键参数的理论和经验公式,基于MATLAB+ANSYS开发了拆除爆破智能化设计软件,相关案例进行了软件可靠性验证.研究结果表明:爆破设计关键参数选取理论及经验公式可靠,能够满足实际工程需要;输入薄壁筒体结构特征参数,拆除爆破智能化设计软件能够提供相应结构的三维可视化模型,满足后续数值模拟计算需求;智能化软件输入输出界面简洁、功能强大,能够满足绝大部分设计需求,可为爆破设计人员提供极大便利;爆破智能化软件提供的关键爆破参数与案例中人工计算的关键参数相一致,爆破智能化软件具有较高可靠性,能够针对不同工况条件下爆破方案快速提供相应爆破设计参数,具有较为广泛的应用前景.
Design and development of intelligent software for demolition blasting of thin-walled cylinder structures
Intelligent blasting technology is of great practical significance for promoting the further development of engineering blasting technology in the field of blasting and demolition of thin-walled cylinder structures to automation,accuracy and refinement.In this paper,the theoretical and empirical formulas of the key parameters of blasting and demolition of thin-walled cylinder structures are summarized in detail,and the intelligent design software for blasting and demolition is developed based on MATLAB+ANSYS,and the reliability of the software is verified with relevant cases.The results show that the theoretical and empirical formulas for the selection of key parameters of blasting design are reliable and can meet the needs of practical engineering.After inputting the characteristic parameters of the thin-walled cylinder structure,the blasting and demolition intelligent design software can provide a three-dimensional visualization model of the corresponding structure to meet the subsequent numerical simulation calculation requirements.The intelligent software input and output interface is simple and powerful,which can meet most of the design needs and provide great convenience for blasting designers.The key blasting parameters provided by the blasting intelligent software are consistent with the key parameters manually calculated in the case,and the blasting intelligent software has high reliability,which can quickly provide the corresponding blasting design parameters for the blasting scheme under different working conditions,and has a wide range of application prospects.
