加热装置对静态破碎剂膨胀性能的影响

针对静态破碎剂低温爆破效率低,高温易喷孔的问题,设计并制造一种静态破碎剂加热装置,同时提出相应的控喷方法,即内力平衡法.使用该装置分别在60、80、100 ℃加热温度下进行静态破碎剂膨胀压力测试,将静态破碎剂水化产物进行X射线衍射分析,对比分析其物象组成,并通过混凝土试件单孔静爆试验验证该装置模拟实际施工的可行性.结果表明:静态破碎剂膨胀压发展分为3个阶段,加热可显著提升静态破碎剂的水化反应速率,其中对第2阶段的影响最明显;加热温度升高,静态破碎剂中氢氧化钙含量剧增.该装置能使静态破碎剂径向膨胀压在5 h内增长至40 MPa,最快可在33 min实现混凝土试件破裂,并且过程中未出现喷孔现象.
Effect of heating device on expansion performance of static crushing agent
Aiming at the problems of low blasting efficiency of static crushing agent at low temperature and easy blasting hole at high temperature,a static crushing agent heating device was designed and manufactured,and the corresponding spray control method,namely internal force balance method,was proposed.The device was used to test the expansion pressure of the static crushing agent at the heating temperature of 60 ℃,80 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively.The hydration product of the static crushing agent was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and its image composition was compared and analyzed.The feasibility of the device was verified by the single hole static explosion test of concrete specimen.The results show that the expansion pressure of static crushing agent can be divided into three stages.Heating can significantly improve the hydration reaction rate of static crushing agent,and the influence on the second stage is the most obvious.With the increase of heating temperature,the content of calcium hydroxide in static crushing agent increases sharply.The device can increase the radial expansion pressure of static crushing agent to 40 MPa within 5 h,and the concrete specimen can be broken in 33 min at the earliest,and no spout phenomenon occurs in the process.
