Exploration Effect Evaluation of Low Altitude Aeromagnetic in Predicting Metallogenic Target Areas in Shallow Coverage Areas
In the context of China's vast loess-covered areas, the rock(ore)in the shallow loess-covered area is far less exposed. The role geological and geochemical surface explora-tion techniques play is comparatively lacking, and the degree of mineral resources exploration is generally low.How to quickly and effectively delineate the target area of favorable metal-logenic areas in the loess-covered area is the urgent problem we are facing. This paper mainly introduces the low altitude aeromagnetic survey carried out in the shallow loess coverage area.Through the polarization treatment of the obtained magnetic survey AT,this study classified the main fault structures in the area according to the field investigation, and con-ducted an upward continuation treatment with the AT polarization and the vertical second de-rivative treatment.According to the exposure of the surface granite mass, combined with the geological and metallogenic theory, the metallogenic target area was effectively delineated.Through the ground inspection, channel exploration, drilling verification, three layers of tungsten ore bodies were detected at the depths of 131.52 meters,150.1 meters and 162.32 meters, and a layer of rubidium ore body was found at 146.24 meters.A small mining area has been submitted and a good prospecting effect has been achieved.
