Study on the Water Yield Property Characteristics in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine Based on Transient Electro-magnetic Method
Detection of water-richness coal mine strata is crucial for waterproofing and water control in coal mines.Recently, the coal seam 2-2 in Zhangjiamao coal mine is faced with po-tential water disaster risks from bedrock weathering aquifer above and burning rock gushed water in front of the mining face. The transient electromagnetic method has become one of the preferred technologies for water-richness detection in coal seams by virtue of its high sen-sitivity,high resolution, deep detection capability, high working efficiency, lightweight e-quipment and convenient construction process for water-rich zones,air-mining zones,water-bearing formations and other high-conductivity anomalies. Therefore,in this study, the ground-based transient electromagnetic(TEM)method is applied to the detection of water-richness of coal seam in the Zhangjiamao coal mine.As for bedrock, weathering zones,qua-ternary rock strata and sintered rocks in the western part of the coal field, six, nine, nine and two low resistance anomaly regions are detected respectively.Furthermore, the causes of the low resistance anomalies are comprehensively analyzed by integrating the multi-source data such as borehole, stratum, hydrology, topography and magnetic exploration. The re-sults can provide a scientific basis for the planning and implementation of waterproofing and water control in coal seam mining in this area.At the same time, this study also provides a set of comprehensive data acquisition, processing, inversion, analysis, interpretation refer-ence and reference materials for the application of the transient electromagnetic method in the detection of water-richness in other coal seams, thus promotes the further development and application of this technology in the field of coal seam detection.
