地铁隧道探地雷达检测车的研发与应用

随着国内城市轨道交通行业的快速发展,地铁隧道病害问题也日益突出,现阶段隧道内探地雷达检测主要以人工或者综合检测车为主,人工数据稳定性差且生产效率低,综合检测车造价大,笨重.本文研发的探地雷达检测车采用模块化、小型化和轻量化设计,两人轻松搭建,可以有轨和无轨自由切换,双通道检测,工作效率高,安全性好,实际检测结果表明,采用检测车可以快速稳定地对地铁隧道壁后脱空进行识别,提高了检测效率和精度,较人工检测效率提升75%;同时提供三维激光扫描设备接口,可以一车两用,为后期与三维激光扫描的联合作业以及智能化检测打下基础.
Research and Application of Metro Tunnel Radar Detection Vehicle
With the rapid development of the domestic urban rail transit industry,the prob-lem of subway tunnel diseases is becoming increasingly serious.At present,radar detection in tunnels mainly relies on manual or comprehensive inspection vehicles,which have poor da-ta stability and low production efficiency.As comprehensive inspection vehicles are expen-sive and bulky,the radar detection vehicle developed in this article adopts a modular,minia-turized,and lightweight design,which can be easily operated by two people.With its con-venient switch between rail and non rail,this radar detection vehicle has dual channel detec-tion,high work efficiency,and good safety.The actual detection results show that the de-tection vehicle can quickly and stably identify the void behind the subway tunnel wall,im-proving detection efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,it provides a three-dimensional laser scanning equipment interface,which can be used for both vehicles,laying the founda-tion for the joint operation with 3D laser scanning and intelligent detection in the later stage.
