电磁法在超深穿越管线高精度探测中的应用

随着油气管道建设的发展,地下穿越管线数量不断增加,穿越管线探测需求越来越大.穿越管线的入地深度可达十几米甚至几十米,常规埋地金属管线仪仅能精确探测5 m内的管线,其它如地质雷达法、高密度直流电法、人工地震波法、磁梯度法等管线探测方法存在干扰大、精度低、成本高等问题,不适合广泛运用.本文通过改进地面电磁探测方法提升管道信号拾取能力,能够初步确定管道的水平位置,再通过竖井井中测量技术采集管道的磁通量,经过数据筛选、反演等方法精确计算管道的位置.该方法应用在华中地区某油气管道迁改工程穿越长江管线高精度探测中,成功探测出深达60 m的超深穿越管线,管线定位深度误差在2 m内,水平位置误差小于2 m,验证了该方法的准确性与可行性.
Application of Electromagnetic Method in High-precision Detection of Ultra-deep Pipeline Crossing
With the development of oil and gas pipeline construction,the number of pipeline crossing is increasing.In order to ensure the safety of pipeline running,a lot of pipeline cross-ings need to be detected.The depth of crossing pipelines into the ground can usually reach more than ten meters or even tens of meters,but conventional buried metal pipeline meters can only accurately detect pipelines within five meters,other pipeline detection methods such as ground penetrating radar,high density direct current,artificial seismic wave,magnetic gradient are not suitable for wide application because of their high interference,low precision and high cost.By studying the classical electromagnetic method and combining its positioning technology with the shaft survey technology,this paper proposes the method of vertical profile detection for ultra-deep pipelines,and applies it in the high-precision detection construction of the pipeline crossing the Yangtze River where the ultra-deep pipeline crossing up to 60 meters is successfully detec-ted,with less than 2 meters both in the depth error and the horizontal position error of the pipe-line,satisfying customer's requirements.
