Enterprise digital transformation is a strong engine for the development of digital economy in today's era,but there are few studies on how the digital transformation of military-civilian integration enterprises affects innovation.Therefore,this paper takes 93 listed enterprises of military-civilian integration in China from 2012 to 2022 as research samples for empirical test.It is found that the digital transformation of civil-military integration enterprises significantly improves the innovation ability of enter-prises.And it can promote the improvement of innovation level by improving human capital and reducing transaction costs.In ad-dition,environmental regulation weakens the innovation effect of digital transformation on civil-military integration enterprises,and there is a"U-shaped"relationship between environmental regulation and innovation of civil-military integration enterprises.In addition,non-state-owned enterprises and enterprises in the eastern region can better leverage digital technologies to promote innovation.The conclusions enrich the research on the economic consequences of digital transformation,and provide theoretical basis and experience for civil-military integration enterprises to promote digital transformation and innovation.
