本研究以沈阳背街小巷改造工程为研究对象,通过对相关文献的研究总结,选取公共基础、交通功能、绿化景观、历史文化、建筑改造、道路安全和整体满意度8个潜变量指标及26个可观测变量,构建背街小巷改造影响因素指标体系,并选取沈阳已完工的10条背街小巷作为研究对象,通过实地问卷调查,用SPSS软件对问卷数据进行信效度和探索性因子分析,通过AMOS对模型进行拟合优度检验和模型修正后,完成对沈阳背街小巷改造的评价,并构建了背街小巷结构方程模型和提出相关建议.
This study takes the renovation project of Shenyang's back streets and alleys as the research object.Through summa-rizing relevant literature,8 latent variable indicators,including public infrastructure,traffic function,green landscape,historical and cultural,architectural renovation,road safety,and overall satisfaction,as well as 26 observable variables,are selected to con-struct an indicator system for the influencing factors of back street and alley renovation.Ten completed back streets and alleys in Shenyang are selected as the research object,Through on-site questionnaire survey,reliability and validity analysis and explorato-ry factor analysis were conducted on the questionnaire data using SPSS software.After conducting model fitting goodness test and model correction using AMOS,the evaluation of the renovation of Shenyang's back streets and alleys was completed,and a structural equation model of the back streets and alleys was constructed and relevant suggestions were proposed.
