Given the current lack of relevant standards for technical and economic guidance in the production of precast power fa-cility foundations using UHPC,this article conducts on-site investigations and data analysis of actual projects to determine the level of manual labor consumption during the production process and its influencing factors.Based on this,a data calculation model for manual workday consumption is established using the Monte Carlo algorithm and optimized,in order to study the feasi-bility and rationality of using this method to determine the final manual labor consumption level in situations with limited sample data.The research results can provide reference for the formulation of enterprise manual labor consumption standards for similar production projects in the power facility foundation production industry.
