摘要
债券市场是我国科技金融体系中的重要组成部分,目前已形成了双创孵化专项债券、创新创业公司债券、创新创业金融债券、科技创新公司债券以及科创票据等多种专项产品,为科技企业进行直接融资提供助力.商业银行也通过发行双创金融债、承销科创票据等方式参与债券市场支持科技创新.当前,我国债券市场支持科技创新尚有可以改善的空间,可以从高收益债券专属平台建设、完善增信机制、培育合格投资者等方面入手.
Abstract
The bond market is an important part of China's science and technology financial system.At present,a variety of spe-cial products have been formed,such as special bonds for entrepreneurship and innovation incubation,bonds for innovation and entrepreneurship companies,financial bonds for innovation and entrepreneurship,bonds for science and technology innovation companies and related bills to provide help for science and technology innovation companies in direct financing.Commercial banks also participate in the bond market to support scientific and technological innovation by issuing mass financial bonds and underwriting bills.At present,there is still room for improvement in China's bond market to support scientific and technological innovation,which can be started from the construction of exclusive platforms for high-yield bonds,the improvement of credit en-hancement mechanism,and the cultivation of qualified investors.
