股权激励下核心员工对企业创新产出与创新效率的影响研究——以医药企业为例

作为技术密集型的医药企业,创新是其核心竞争力,核心员工则是医药企业创新活动的中坚力量.本文分析了股权激励下核心员工对医药企业创新活动与创新效率的影响机制,并选取沪、深两市2012-2019年实施股权激励的94家上市医药企业的年度数据和82家上市医药企业的季度数据进行验证.结果证实:股权激励下的核心员工,能够促进创新产出和提升创新效率,且激励效果与激励比例显著正相关.因此医药企业要提高创新产出和创新效率,应重视核心员工特别是研发人员的作用.
In the technology-intensive medical industry,innovation serves as the core competitiveness while key employees are backbones of innovation activities.The papaer analyzes the impact mechanism of key employees on innovation activities and effi-ciency from pharmaceutical enterprisesbased on equity incentive.and selects annual data from 94 listed pharmaceutical compa-nies that implemented equity incentives from 2012 to 2019 and quarterly data from 82 listed pharmaceutical companies for verifi-cation.The results confirm that the core employees under equity incentives can promote innovation output and efficiency,and the incentive effect is significantly positively correlated with the proportion of incentives.Therefore,in order to improve innovation output and efficiency,pharmaceutical companies should attach importance to the role of core employees,especially R&D person-nel.
