Promoting the collaborative development of the industrial chain,supply chain and innovation chain is the essence of the high-quality development of the Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Wuhai and Ulanqab Urban Agglomerationx.Therefore,the entropy method,coupling model,and Tobit model were used to quantitatively analyze the current situation and driving factors for the co-ordinated development of"three chain"in the Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Wuhai and Ulanqab Urban Agglomerationx.Research has found that the comprehensive level of supply chain,industrial chain and innovation chain are showing an upward trend,but there is a certain gap from the national average;Although the level of coordinated development of the"three chains"in the region has steadily increased,there is a significant gap between different cities,and the level of coordinated development of the"three chains"in Ordos and Wuhai fluctuates greatly;Further analysis reveals that the degree of openness to the outside world has a sig-nificant negative impact on the coordinated development of the"three chains",while the intensity of education expenditure,level of economic development,and infrastructure construction have a significant positive impact on the coordinated development of the"three chains".Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed from optimizing industrial lay-out,vigorously developing the digital economy,promoting educational cooperation,and improving infrastructure construction.
