大数据战略对制造业高质量发展的影响研究

A Study of the Impact of Big Data Strategies on the High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industries

文章以国家级大数据综合试验区的设立作为准自然试验,考察大数据战略对制造业高质量发展的影响、作用机制以及空间效应.研究发现:国家级大数据综合试验区建设整体上促进了制造业高质量发展,且对邻近地区的制造业高质量发展具有空间溢出效应;试验区建设通过改善资本要素错配促进制造业高质量发展,而劳动力要素错配的中介作用不显著;产业结构升级增强了试验区建设推动制造业高质量发展的正向促进作用;在技术创新、互联网和人力资本发展水平高的地区试验区建设对区域内制造业高质量发展的积极作用更明显.
The article takes the national-level big data comprehensive pilot zone as a quasi-natural experiment to examine the im-pact,mechanism and spatial effect of big data development on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.The study finds that:the construction of national-level big data comprehensive pilot zones promotes the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry as a whole,and has a spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of the manufacturing indus-try in neighboring regions;the construction of pilot zones promotes the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry by improving the mismatch of capital factors,and the intermediary effect of the mismatch of labor factors is not significant;the upgrading of the industrial structure strengthens the positive role of the construction of pilot zones in the high-quality develop-ment of the manufacturing industry.The upgrading of industrial structure enhances the positive role of pilot zone construction in promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry;the positive effect of pilot zone construction on the high-qual-ity development of manufacturing industry in the region is more obvious in pilot zones with a high level of economic develop-ment such as technological innovation and Internet development.
