Based on the PMC-DPSIR model,a development level evaluation index system for prefabricated buildings is construct-ed at five levels:driving force, pressure, state, impact, and response. The development level and spatial differences of regional prefabricated buildings are explored using the method of leveling out and exploratory spatial data analysis. The research results in-dicate that the development level of prefabricated buildings in China needs to be improved. There are significant regional develop-ment differences and the development of various subsystems is not coordinated with each other, forming a spatial distribution pat-tern that decreases from the east coast to the west inland. There is a correlation feature of spatial positive correlation clustering, mainly distributed in high-altitude clusters such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong, and low-altitude clusters such as Inner Mongolia and Gansu.
