区域装配式建筑发展水平测度研究——基于PMC-DPSIR模型的实证分析

基于PMC-DPSIR模型构建驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应五个层面的装配式建筑发展水平评价指标体系,运用拉开档次法测度装配式建筑发展水平,并运用探索性空间数据分析探究空间差异特征.研究结果表明:我国装配式建筑发展水平有待提高,区域发展差异显著且各子系统之间发展互不协调,形成了由东海岸向西内陆递减的空间分布格局且存在空间正相关集聚的关联特征,以分布在江苏、浙江、山东等地区的高高集聚和内蒙古、甘肃等地区的低低集聚为主.
Based on the PMC-DPSIR model,a development level evaluation index system for prefabricated buildings is construct-ed at five levels:driving force,pressure,state,impact,and response.The development level and spatial differences of regional prefabricated buildings are explored using the method of leveling out and exploratory spatial data analysis.The research results in-dicate that the development level of prefabricated buildings in China needs to be improved.There are significant regional develop-ment differences and the development of various subsystems is not coordinated with each other,forming a spatial distribution pat-tern that decreases from the east coast to the west inland.There is a correlation feature of spatial positive correlation clustering,mainly distributed in high-altitude clusters such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,and low-altitude clusters such as Inner Mongolia and Gansu.
