摘要

当前,媒体生态环境正在发生深刻变化,信息传播进入了全方位、全媒介传播时代.为适应全媒体环境下声誉风险管理面临的新形势、新变化,商业银行应从源头管控、媒体关系维护、员工意识教育等多方面齐抓共管,持续营造良好的舆论环境,更高效率、更高水平地推动声誉风险管理工作实现高质量发展.

Abstract

The media landscape is undergoing profound changes,with information dissemination entering an era of comprehen-sive,cross-platform communication.To adapt to the new trends and shifts in reputation risk management within this environment,commercial banks must adopt a multi-faceted approach,addressing risk control at the source,maintaining media relations,and ed-ucating employees.By fostering a positive public opinion environment,they can drive the high-quality development of reputation risk management with greater efficiency and effectiveness.
