为建立科学的BIM技术应用成熟度评价模型,本文通过目标、组织、过程三个层面的项目管理要点,构建业主方BIM技术应用成熟度评价的指标体系,根据熵权-TOPSIS模型,对业主方BIM技术应用成熟度进行评价.结果表明,通过对比三家项目管理公司整体的相对接近度水平,发现不同城市之间的BIM应用成熟度水平存在一定差距,但整体上均已达到发展级水平.通过案例分析验证了该模型的合理性,为业主方BIM应用能力成熟度评估方面提供了一定的理论支持和实践指导.
In order to establish a scientific evaluation model of BIM technology application maturity,this paper constructs an in-dex system for the evaluation of BIM technology application maturity of the owner through the key points of project management at the three levels of objective,organization and process,and evaluates the BIM technology application maturity of the owner ac-cording to the entropy weight-TOPSIS model.The results show that by comparing the relative proximity level of the three project management companies as a whole,it is found that there is a certain gap in the BIM application maturity level between different cities,but on the whole,they have reached the development level.The rationality of the model is verified by case analysis,which provides some theoretical support and practical guidance for the BIM application capability maturity assessment of the owner.
