在高质量发展的新形势下,我国的工程项目建设标准编制工作面临着投融资体制改革、政府投资项目管理模式改革、科学技术发展等带来的一系列挑战,本文通过总结目前工程项目建设标准编制和管理中存在的问题,提出新形势下提高工程项目建设标准编制质量及管理水平的对策和建议.
Abstract
In the new situation of high-quality development,the formulation of construction standards for enginee-ring projects in China is facing a series of challenges brought about by the reform of the investment and financing system,the reform of government investment project management mode,and the development of science and techno-logy.This article summarizes the problems in the formulation and management of construction standards for enginee-ring projects in China,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality and management level of construction standard formulation.
