摘要
以某船厂车间特重型钢结构厂房EPC工程总承包项目为背景,以EPC中统管主体设计、深化设计和施工组织设计的"大设计管理"为理念、以BIM应用为技术手段,着重阐述了BIM技术在设计阶段的主体设计协同、施工阶段的深化设计协同以及二者之间协同的应用,充分体现了"为设计赋能、使施工顺畅、让业主满意"的应用目标.
Abstract
Taking the EPC project of a shipyard's workshop with special heavy steel structure as the background,the concept of"grand design management"in EPC's centralized management of technical design,detailing design,and construction organization design,using BIM technology application as a technical measures,emphasis was placed on the technical design collaboration of BIM technology in the design phase,detailing design collaboration during the construction phase,and the application of collaboration between the two,fully reflecting the application goal of"empowering design,making the general construction work smoothly,and satisfying the owner".
