摘要
针对城市更新规划问题,提出制定差异规划政策、调整社会治理模式、科学进行动静分区等更新规划方法,解决了城市更新困难、缺少发展潜力等问题,实现了城市更新规划的统筹性和协调性.研究结果表明:通过明确城市更新本质、依托国土空间规划、调整社会治理模式、加强智慧系统运用等措施,不仅可实现城市的有效更新,还能保障更新规划的合理性及发展性.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of urban renewal planning,this paper puts forward some renewal planning methods,such as formulating differential planning policy,adjusting social governance mode,and scientifically carrying out dynamic and static zoning.It solves the problems of urban renewal difficulty and lack of development potential,and realizes the overall planning and coordination of urban renewal.The research results show that by defining the essence of urban renewal,relying on the national spatial planning,adjusting the social governance model and strengthening the application of intelligent systems,not only can the urban renewal be effectively realized,but also the rationality and development of the renewal planning can be guaranteed.
