摘要
以深圳科技馆(新馆)为例分析了制冷机组装配式管道模块化技术的应用.实践证明,在预制管段模件的过程中,精度与质量是首要考虑的问题.通过对各个工作区的合理安排和专用设备的应用,提高了生产效率,保证了预制模件的品质.而自由段的合理布置与应用,将有助于异形管段在现场顺利装配、装配.
Abstract
Taking Shenzhen Science and Technology Museum(new museum)as an example,this paper analyzes the application of modular technology of assembled pipeline of refrigeration unit.Practice has proved that in the process of prefabricating pipe segment modules,accuracy and quality are the primary considerations.Through the reasonable arrangement of each working area and the application of special equipment,the production efficiency is improved and the quality of prefabricated modules is guaranteed.The reasonable arrangement and application of the free section will help the smooth assembly and assembly of the special-shaped pipe section in the field.
