深中通道东人工岛内高速桥墩保护钢管桩施工研究

摘要
深中通道东人工岛基坑围护结构距离岛内桥梁承台最近只有1.27 m.该沿江高速桥梁允许沉降量仅 10 mm,允许侧向位移6 mm,基坑开挖深度达14.75 m.因此,采用钢管桩对该高速桥中某些桥墩进行保护.论文以该高速桥的 72号桥墩保护钢管桩的施工为例,对近海环境下桥墩保护钢管桩的施工过程及特点进行分析研究.
Abstract
The impact from construction of deep foundation pits on the surrounding highway bridges is important.During the construction of Shen-Zhong link,the nearest distance between the enclosure protection to the bridge platform is only 1.27 m.The maximum excavation depth reached 14.75 m,during which the allowable settlement of highway bridges is 10mm and the allowable lateral displacement is 6 mm.Therefore,steel piles were used to protect part of the highway bridge piers.In this paper,the construction of No.72 pier protection steel pile is investigated for the characteristic construction process in offshore environment.
