摘要

针对不同跨径装配式T梁拼宽结构的受力性能研究,以深岑高速中江段改扩建项目中某装配式T梁拓宽项目为依托工程,运用桥梁博士等有限元软件建立了不同跨径的装配式T梁桥分析模型,研究了拼宽前后桥梁的承载力性能,分析了不同跨径T梁桥对桥梁拓宽后混合结构受力的影响.研究表明:桥梁拓宽前后桥梁的横向分布系数总体变小,中梁抗剪与抗弯能力富余量较大,表明旧桥拓宽对于旧桥中梁受力的贡献最大,而对边梁较小.从加固后抗剪能力富余量角度考虑,拼宽加固应更多考虑较小跨径桥梁的边梁抗弯及抗剪承载能力满足现行规范承载能力要求.

Abstract

In response to the research on the mechanical performance of prefabricated T-beam widening structures with different spans,based on a certain prefabricated T-beam widening project in the reconstruction and expansion project of the Zhongjiang section of the Shencen Expressway,an analysis model of prefabricated T-beam bridges with different spans was established using finite element software such as Bridge Doctor.The bearing capacity performance of the bridge before and after widening was studied,and the influence of different span T-beam bridges on the mechanical performance of the mixed structure after bridge widening was analyzed.Research has shown that the transverse distribution coefficient of the bridge decreases overall before and after bridge widening,and there is a large margin in the shear and bending resistance of the middle beam,indicating that the widening of the old bridge has the greatest contribution to the stress on the middle beam of the old bridge,while it has a smaller impact on the edge beam.From the perspective of surplus shear capacity after reinforcement,the widening reinforcement should consider more the bending and shear bearing capacity of the side beams of smaller span bridges to meet the current standard bearing capacity requirements.
