Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the construction objectives and main tasks of the water environment comprehensive treatment engineering project,combined with the analysis of the basic conditions of the project,planning focus,construction scale,construction content,project site selection,scheme comparison and design points and other aspects,systematically analyzed the planning and design points of the river basin governance related projects.
