高速公路施工废水特征及处理对策

摘要
以久马高速公路施工废水为研究对象,分析废水来源和水质特征,总结操作可行的施工废水处理方法,以期为废水处理提供技术支撑.结果表明:(1)施工废水包括施工驻地产生的生活污水和隧道施工、桥梁桩基成孔、混凝土拌和站、砂石料场产生的生产废水;(2)施工生产废水为碱性水体,浊度较高,主要污染物为悬浮物(SS),有机污染物含量较少;生活污水CODcr含量较高,且水体富含SS和动植物油;(3)生产废水通过自然沉淀、机械处理、絮凝沉淀等处理后,除SS和pH外,水质基本能够满足Ⅲ类受纳水体的排放要求.
Abstract
This paper selects the construction wastewater of JiuMa Highway as the research object,analyzes the source and water quality characteristics of wastewater,and summarizes the feasible construction wastewater treatment methods in order to provide technical support for wastewater treatment.The results show that:(1)the construction wastewater includes the domestic sewage generated in the construction site and the production wastewater generated in the tunnel construction,bridge pile foundation hole forming,concrete mixing station and gravel yard;(2)The construction and production wastewater is alkaline water with high turbidity,the main pollutant is suspended solids(SS),and the content of organic pollutants is low;The CODcr content of domestic sewage is high,and the water body is rich in SS and animal and vegetable oil;(3)After the production wastewater is treated by natural sedimentation,mechanical treatment and flocculation sedimentation,the water quality can basically meet the discharge requirements of Class Ⅲ receiving water body except SS and pH.
