摘要

为了应对易损件风机叶片更换过程中的资金投入大、施工过程复杂、风险因素多的特点,构建改进的层次分析法与灰色关联度(AHP-GRA)相结合的风机叶片更换方案比选分析模型,利用五级标度和指数标度确定各指标权重,得到目标层-指标层-指标因子层的相应评价矩阵和各自权重,合并算法筛选出最优方案.应用此方案,越南某单机容量 5.3 MW项目的风机叶片拆换最终顺利实施.

Abstract

In order to cope with the characteristics of large capital investment,complex construction process and multiple risk factors in the process of replacing the wind turbine blades of wearing parts,a comparative selection analysis model of blades replacement scheme combining the improved analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis(AHP-GRA)was constructed,and the five-stage scale and exponential scale were used to determine the weight of each index.The corresponding evaluation matrix and respective weights of target layer,index layer and index factor layer are obtained,and the optimal scheme is selected by the combined algorithm.Blades replacement in a 5.3MW single capacity project in Vietnam was successfully implemented finally with this scheme.
