以海口市大型公共建筑工程项目为背景,详细介绍了BIM技术在项目施工管理过程中的综合应用,如图纸会审及台账管理、土方算量、机电管线设计、钢结构专业模型深化、可视化协同设计等,并就应用效果进行了施工效益和经济效益分析.
Abstract
Taking Haikou large-scale public building project as the background,this paper introduces in detail the comprehensive application of BIM technology in the process of project construction management,such as joint checking of drawing and account management,earthwork calculation,mechanical and electrical pipeline design,professional model deepening of steel structure,visual collaborative design,etc.,and analyzes the construction benefit and economic benefit of the application effect.
