摘要

为提升厂房改造效果,提出三维激光扫描技术在科技园区厂房改造中的应用研究.根据实际的改造需求及标准,获取厂房改造点云数据,然后采用多层级的方式,打破扫描范围的限制,标定多层级三维坐标,最后以此为基础,建立三维激光扫描改造模型,采用可视化局域调整实现科技原厂房改造.结果表明:经过 5 个区域的测定分析,综合三维激光扫描技术,最终测算得出的点云测定误差均小于 0.3 mm,说明该种方法在厂房改造中的针对性较强,误差可控,具有实际的应用价值.

Abstract

In order to improve the effect of plant renovation,this study proposes the application of 3D laser scanning technology in the plant renovation of science and technology park.First,according to the actual transformation needs and standards,obtain the plant transformation point cloud data,and then adopt a multi-level way to break the limitation of scanning range,calibrate the multi-level three-dimensional coordinates,and finally establish a three-dimensional laser scanning transformation model on this basis,and realize the transformation of the original scientific and technological plant by visual local adjustment.The results show that:after the measurement analysis of five areas,combined with 3D laser scanning technology,the final calculation of the point cloud measurement error is less than 0.3mm,indicating that this method in the factory renovation is highly targeted,controllable error,and has practical application value.
