摘要

某千伏线缆穿越已有高速采用顶管法施工.为研究该线路下穿高速对现有公路设施的影响,分析顶管法下穿高速施工过程中的关键技术和方法,论文对该线路下穿高速顶管施工中的关键技术和方法进行分析研究.通过泥水平衡顶管预防施工过程中的地表过量沉降,采用中继间设置来满足施工过程中的顶推力要求.

Abstract

The pipe jacking method was used to construct a cable crossing an existing highway.In order to investigate the influence of the line's underpass on the existing highway facilities,the key technologies and methods in the construction process of the pipe jacking method were analyzed.The key technologies and methods in the construction of high-speed pipe jacking under the line were analyzed and studied.The mud water balanced pipe jacking was used to prevent excessive settlement of the surface during construction.The setting of trunk was adopted to meet the requirements of the jacking force in the construction process.
