摘要

随着铁路、公路隧道等基础建设向着自然环境恶劣的寒冷地区延伸,隧道运营期间面临严峻的冻害问题.国内隧道防寒保温缺乏明确的主动保温措施.为此,论文以新乡隧道为背景,探索寒区隧道防寒保温的施工方案,最终提出采用铺设两层防水板的方法、防水板中间设置 5cm聚氨酯保温层、采取深埋中心水沟排水的方法进行防水保温工作,从而解决隧道冻害问题.

Abstract

In combination with the infrastructure construction such as railway and highway tunnel extends to cold areas with harsh natural environment,so the tunnel is facing severe frost damage during operation.The domestic tunnel cold insulation lacks clear active insulation measures.For this reason,this paper takes Xinxiang Tunnel as the background,explores the construction scheme of cold proof and thermal insulation for tunnels in cold regions,and finally proposes the method of laying two layers of waterproof boards,setting 5 cm polyurethane insulation layer in the middle of waterproof boards,and taking the method of deep buried central ditch drainage to carry out waterproof and thermal insulation work,so as to solve the problem of tunnel frost damage.
