摘要

针对GBF薄壁方箱空心楼盖施工容易出现位移、上浮等质量缺陷,结合工程实例对施工工法特点展开分析,在把握施工重难点的基础上,加强对模板支设、方箱固定、混凝土浇筑等施工过程的质量把控,总结得出工程施工质量缺陷控制要点.通过加强箱体平面位置控制,并采取抗浮和振捣密实等方法,能预防各类质量缺陷的发生,使工程质量一次性通过验收,取得理想经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract

In response to the quality defects such as displacement and floating that are prone to occur in the construction of GBF thin-walled square box hollow floor slabs,the characteristics of the construction method are analyzed based on engineering examples.On the basis of grasping the key and difficult points of construction,the quality control of the construction process such as formwork support,square box fixation,and concrete pouring is strengthened,and the key points for controlling the quality defects of engineering construction are summarized.By strengthening the control of the plane position of the box and adopting methods such as anti floating and vibration compaction,various quality defects can be prevented,and the engineering quality can pass the acceptance at once,achieving ideal economic and social benefits.
