摘要
针对建筑地下室的结构渗漏问题,结合具体地下室改造施工项目,提出通过建设自防水系统、运用防水涂料以及加强穿墙管道防水处理等施工技术,并总结地下室施工项目中的渗漏防治措施,围绕地下空间底板、顶板与外墙展开叙述.
Abstract
In response to the structural leakage problem in building basements,combined with specific basement renovation construction projects,this article proposes construction techniques such as building self-waterproofing systems,using waterproof coatings,and strengthening waterproofing treatment for through-wall pipelines.It also summarizes leakage prevention measures in basement construction projects,focusing on the floor,roof,and exterior walls of underground spaces.
