摘要

在软基地质条件下建设波形钢腹板连续箱梁桥,采用砂卵石掺合料进行软基换填,使地基在过水情况下仍能满足设计承载力,继而利用承插式盘扣满堂支架作为施工平台分段、分层浇筑顶底板及腹板混凝土,采用自制的扁担梁工具,解决了一台吊车吊装波形钢腹板的稳定性问题.该工法既保障了软基条地质下满堂支架基础的安全可靠,又实现了施工过程对桥梁线形、钢腹板安装精度、混凝土浇筑质量的有效控制.

Abstract

In the construction of a continuous box girder bridge with waveform steel web under soft foundation conditions,sand and gravel mixed material is used for soft foundation replacement to ensure that the foundation can still meet the design bearing capacity under water flow conditions.Then,a plug-in type full-span support system is utilized as a construction platform for segmented and layered pouring of top and bottom slabs as well as concrete for the web.With the use of self-made beam tools,stability issues in lifting waveform steel webs with only one crane are resolved.This construction method not only ensures the safety and reliability of full-span support foundations under soft ground geology,but also achieves effective control over bridge alignment,precision installation of steel webs,and concrete pouring quality during the construction process.
