摘要

针对沿海区域建筑钢结构的盐雾腐蚀问题,提出了基于锌镍渗层的金属热扩渗防腐处理技术,并通过中性盐雾试验验证热扩渗防腐技术的效果.研究结果表明,金属热扩渗防腐处理不仅能提升钢结构的抗盐雾腐蚀性能,还不会对构件的原始力学机械性能产生负面影响,能进一步提升构件的表面硬度和耐磨性.

Abstract

Aiming at the salt spray corrosion of building steel structures in coastal areas,a metal thermal diffusion and corrosion protection treatment technology based on zinc-nickel infiltration layer was proposed,and its effect was verified by neutral salt spray test.The results show that the metal thermal diffusion anticorrosion treatment can not only improve the salt spray corrosion resistance of the steel structure,but also has no negative impact on the original mechanical properties of the components,and can further improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of the components.
