研究了光伏工程的造价管理与成本控制,在明确光伏工程项目基本投资特点的基础上,以全过程投资控制为基本理论,分析了决策阶段、设计阶段、招采阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段的造价管理方法,强调了对每个阶段投资控制的程序、内容、目标都必须分阶段、分步骤对主要因素加以控制.
Abstract
The paper studies the cost management and cost control of photovoltaic engineering.Based on clarifying the basic investment characteristics of photovoltaic engineering projects,and using the entire process investment control as the basic theory,it analyzes the cost management methods in the decision-making stage,design stage,bidding and procurement stage,construction stage,and completion stage.It emphasizes the procedures,content,and objectives of investment control in each stage,and the need to control the main factors in stages and steps.
