摘要

针对居住房屋节能改造的问题,对居住建筑的结构提出了针对性的改造方案,改造的结构包括外墙、屋顶、外窗和供热系统.对不同建筑结构进行的保温改造解决了居住房屋高能耗的问题,实现了节能建筑的建设.基于DeST-h的模拟试验结果表明,经过改造的外墙、屋顶、外窗和供热系统的节能率分别提高了53.5%、58.6%、67.4%和59.8%.该方案不仅可以用于提高旧小区的建筑的稳定性,还能提高建筑的节能效果.

Abstract

In response to the issue of energy-saving renovation of residential buildings,targeted renovation plans have been proposed for the structure of residential buildings.The renovated structure includes exterior walls,roofs,exterior windows,and heating systems.The insulation renovation of different building structures has solved the problem of high energy consumption in residential buildings and achieved the construction of energy-saving buildings.The simulation experiment results based on DeST-h show that the energy-saving rates of the renovated exterior walls,roofs,exterior windows,and heating systems have increased by 53.5%,58.6%,67.4%,and 59.8%,respectively.This plan can not only be used to improve the stability of buildings in old residential areas,but also improve the energy-saving effect of buildings.The research results can be applied to the energy-saving renovation of residential buildings.
