摘要
对社区参与模式在老旧小区改造中的应用进行探讨,分析其优势、应用策略、实施与推广的难点和对策,并结合浙江省的老旧小区改造案例进行具体分析,总结了社区参与模式在老旧小区改造中的应用策略和实践经验,同时指出了社区参与模式的应用还面临着诸多实施与推广的难点和挑战,需要政府和社区居民共同努力,采取有效对策和措施来推进其广泛应用.
Abstract
This paper discusses the application of community participation mode in the renovation of old residential areas,analyzes its advantages,application strategies,difficulties in implementation and promotion and countermeasures,and makes a concrete analysis with the case of the renovation of old residential areas in Zhejiang Province,and summarizes the application strategies and practical experience of community participation mode in the renovation of old residential areas.At the same time,the application of community participation mode still faces many difficulties and challenges in implementation and promotion,which requires the joint efforts of the government and community residents to take effective countermeasures and measures to promote its application.
