摘要

以西十高铁园岭隧道 1#斜井为施工背景,依据光面爆破理论、隧道开挖轮廓周边长短炮眼施工经验、隧道机械化施工经验,探索出了适用于隧道开挖的超欠挖控制技术,并从爆破设计、作业空间预留、钻孔外插角、平均线性超挖等方面进行总结,以达到提高爆破效果、降低经济成本的目的.实践表明,实施爆破设计调整周边长短炮眼钻孔,对于隧道软弱围岩控制超欠挖、降低回填混凝土成本至关重要,而且在实施过程中与凿岩台车自动化水平、作业空间预留、周边眼外插角有很大关系.

Abstract

Taking the 1#inclined shaft of Yuanling Tunnel of Xishi High-Speed Railway as the construction background,according to the theory of smooth blasting,the construction experience of long and short perforations around the contour of tunnel excavation and the experience of tunnel mechanization construction,the control technology of overcut and undercut suitable for tunnel excavation is explored,and the blasting design,working space reservation,hole interpolation angle and average linear overcut are summarized,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the blasting effect and reducing the economic cost.The practice shows that the implementation of blasting design to adjust the long and short perforation holes around the tunnel is very important to control the overcut and undercut of the soft surrounding rock and reduce the cost of backfilling concrete,and it has a great relationship with the automation level of the drilling rig,the reservation of working space and the external insertion Angle of the peripheral holes.
