主要研究了建筑装饰装修工程中的常见质量问题及其原因,并深入分析了防治这些通病的有效措施.通过对工程流程的审查,从设计规范的选择到材料的储存与使用,再到施工前的准备、施工过程的控制,以及后期的处理与维护,提出了一系列全面的策略和建议.此外,强调了施工人员技能培训的重要性,以及用户后期使用与维护培训的必要性.
Abstract
This paper primarily investigates common quality issues and their causes within architectural decoration and renovation projects,offering a profound analysis of effective measures to prevent and tackle these problems.By reviewing the engineering process,from the selection of design standards to the storage and utilization of materials,preparations prior to construction,process control during the construction phase,and subsequent handling and maintenance,this study provides a comprehensive set of strategies and suggestions.Moreover,the importance of the construction personnel skills training and the necessity of the user's later use and maintenance training are emphasized.
