摘要
装配式施工具有施工便捷、低碳环保以及促进经济效益最大化等众多优势,已被广泛应用于高层建筑工程中.论文以余姚市梨洲街道四明东路北侧、城东路东侧地块居住用房项目为案例研究对象,分析工程项目在建设过程中存在的重难点,探讨装配式施工方案,旨在为同类工程项目的顺利开展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Prefabricated construction has many advantages such as convenient construction,low carbon environmental protection and maximizing economic benefits,and has been widely used in high-rise building projects.This paper takes the residential housing projects on the north side of Siming East Road and the east side of Chengdong Road as the case study object,analyzes the important and difficult points existing in the construction process of the project,discusses the prefabricated construction scheme,and puts forward the prefabricated construction scheme,aiming at bringing some beneficial help to the smooth development of similar projects.
