摘要

从项目实例入手,结合现场实际情况,从渗漏点隐患分析、防渗漏施工难点、防渗漏施工技术要点分析等方面展开论述,为解决现场降板区、单元式幕墙等复杂结构环境下涉水房间的防水防渗漏献计献策,保证建筑防渗漏施工质量,促进建筑行业的持续发展.

Abstract

Starting from the project example,combined with the actual situation on the site,the paper discusses the hidden danger of leakage point analysis,the difficulty of anti-leakage construction,and the analysis of the key points of anti-leakage construction technology,etc.,to provide waterproof and anti-leakage suggestions for solving the water-wading room in the complex structural environment such as the on-site drop panel area and the unit curtain wall,ensure the quality of anti-leakage construction of the building,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
