摘要
上海市奉贤区某高架桥梁,部分桩基础、立柱、盖梁、小箱梁、部分防撞护栏采用装配式施工.施工中,承台中立柱预埋钢筋水平位置精度小于或等于±2 mm;高程精度小于或等于±4 mm.为了提高精度,结合现场情况,决定采用钢筋场内集中预制所需的立柱预埋钢筋,委托专业厂家加工定位胎架与定位板.在一系列的定位措施中,经过业主、监理、项目部三方检核,最终达到控制精度.
Abstract
A certain elevated bridge in Fengxian District,Shanghai adopts prefabricated construction for the entire bridge,including pile foundations,columns,cover beams,small box girders,and some anti-collision guardrails.During construction,the horizontal position accuracy of the embedded steel bars in the columns of the bearing platform is less than or equal to±2 mm;The elevation accuracy is less than or equal to±4 mm.In order to improve the accuracy and take into account the on-site situation,it has been decided to use the column embedded steel bar required for centralized prefabrication in the steel bar field,and commission a professional manufacturer to process the positioning tire frame and positioning plate.Through a series of positioning measures,the owner,supervisor,and project department have verified and finally achieved control accuracy.
