摘要
绿色施工理论更加关注资源节约和环境保护,而以往的施工管理主要集中在质量、工期、成本等目标的实现上,难以与绿色施工目标深度融合,造成了管理资源的浪费.论文研究了绿色施工理论在装饰装修工程施工管理中的应用,在明确绿色施工理论概念内涵的基础上,从成本管理、质量管理、工期管理等方面出发,分析了装饰装修工程绿色施工管理要点,指出在完成传统施工管理目标的基础上,积极采用节水、节地、节能、节材、环境保护等措施,可以实现更好的经济效益和环保效益.
Abstract
The theory of green construction pays more attention to resource conservation and environmental protection,while previous construction management mainly focused on achieving goals such as quality,construction period,and cost,making it difficult to deeply integrate with green construction goals,resulting in waste of management resources.The paper studies the application of green construction theory in the construction management of decoration and decoration projects.Based on clarifying the concept of green construction theory,it analyzes the key points of green construction management in decoration and decoration projects from the aspects of cost management,quality management,and schedule management.On the basis of achieving traditional construction management goals,it actively adopts measures such as water conservation,land conservation,energy conservation,material conservation,and environmental protection to achieve better economic and environmental benefits.
