摘要
深入研究了建筑水暖设备安装中常见的质量问题,如施工前因技术与图纸交底不够导致洞口预留存在问题,水暖管道内杂质清理不到位导致管道堵塞、水暖管道防漏与防冻措施不到位导致管道冻裂渗漏等.针对上述问题,从人员素质强化、现场杂质清理、水暖设备防漏、图纸与技术交底、套管施工管理等方面分别提出了质量控制方法与措施,切实保证水暖工程的施工质量,避免出现管道渗漏或跑水等质量问题,保证建筑内的空调系统、通风系统、排水系统等高质量安全运行.
Abstract
The paper in-depth studies the common quality problems in the installation of building water heating equipment,including the problems of hole reservation caused by insufficient disclosure of technology and drawings before construction,pipeline blockage caused by inadequate cleaning of impurities in the water heating pipeline,and pipeline freezing and leakage caused by inadequate anti-leakage and anti-freezing measures of the water heating pipeline.Quality control methods and measures are proposed from the aspects of personnel quality enhancement,on-site impurity cleaning,water-heating equipment leakage prevention,drawings and technical disclosure,casing construction management,etc.,to effectively ensure the construction quality of water-heating projects,avoid quality problems such as pipeline leakage or water running,and ensure the high-quality and safe operation of air conditioning system,ventilation system and drainage system in the building.
