Abstract
This paper introduces the characteristics of EPC projects and the role of civil design in EPC projects,analyzes the factors that affect the cost of EPC projects,analyzes the cost problems existing in the civil design of wood EPC projects,and puts forward optimization strategies to maximize the benefits of projects.
