结合滨水工程的特点,提出基于数字孪生技术与装配式建造理念的创新方案,构建了一套适应现代滨水场景建设需求的关键技术体系。基于GIS+BIM+IOT的滨水场景装配式一体化综合管理智慧平台,采用"二元四维"流理论与数字孪生系统,推动水利"四预"智能化功能的实现,从而提高工程建设效率、降低成本,实现智能化的运维。具体应用案例展示了该技术体系在复杂城市河道环境中的适应性与有效性,尤其是在狭窄空间和城市功能区的定制化建造中,展现出强大的灵活性和高效性。
Research and Application of Key Technologies in Waterfront Prefabricated Engineering
This article combines the characteristics of waterfront engineering and proposes an innovative solution based on digital twin technology and prefabricated construction concept,constructing a key technical system that meets the needs of modern waterfront scene construction.A smart platform for prefabricated integrated management of waterfront scenes based on GIS+BIM+IOT,using the"dual four-dimensional"flow theory and digital twin system,promotes the realization of intelligent functions of water conservancy"four predictions"(forecasting,early warning,rehearsal,and contingency plan),thereby improving engineering construction efficiency,reducing costs,and achieving intelligent operation and maintenance.Specific application cases demonstrate the adaptability and effectiveness of the technology system in complex urban river environments,especially in customized construction of narrow spaces and urban functional areas,demonstrating strong flexibility and efficiency.
