Risk and Prevention of Subcontract in Construction Engineering Field
This paper analyzes the common risks in the process of subcontract signing and performance and puts forward preventive measures,such as clearly agreeing on the confirmation and change of the project quantity in the contract,transferring the risk of payment,paying attention to the written exchange and record keeping management,limiting the transfer of claims through the terms of the subcontract,and the contractor performing the settlement obligation of the subcontract in time.It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for contractors to manage construction projects.
