In large public building projects,the common formwork system often can not meet the actual construction needs,especially the special-shaped structure,the formwork system needs to be designed separately.According to the construction requirements of the special-shaped fair-faced concrete column of a station building project,a special-shaped column formwork system is designed,and the deficiencies of the special-shaped column formwork system are optimized through numerical analysis by Midas FEA software.
