Analysis of the Structural Design of Cast-in-Place Concrete Granary
Taking a national grain storage project under construction in Changzhou District,Wuzhou,Guangxi as an example,a grain silo with a span of 21.5 m was selected for design analysis. The granary adopts the non-prestressed cast-in-place concrete arch slab roof structure, which is different from the conventional building. The arch slab roof of the granary not only requires the safety check calculation of the roof top and lower wire plates, but also takes into account the combination of overall cast-in-place and local prefabrication. Therefore, the safety rationality of structural design calculation, the precautions in the design drawing, and the construction requirements are analyzed one by one.
