面外荷载下外保温单面叠合剪力墙连接件对保温层连接性能的影响研究

利用有限元软件ABAQUS,对外保温单面叠合剪力墙构件在面外荷载作用下,连接件的布置对其保温层连接性能的影响进行研究.结果表明:在强风作用下,连接件保持安全稳定状态,连接最外层岩棉的保温钉连接件容易发生内嵌,岩棉层不容易发生剥离,而中间石墨层与剪力墙结合面的接缝处的上下两端出现应变突变,容易发生剥离现象;对连接件进行加密布置后,可以降低石墨层与剪力墙结合剥离的风险;最后给出面外荷载下外保温单面叠合剪力墙连接件布置建议,为其工程应用提供参考依据.
Study on the Influence of Externally Insulated Single-Sided Superimposed Shear Wall Connector on the Connection Performance of Insulation Layer Under Out-of-Plane Loading
The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of the arrangement of connectors on the connection performance of insulation layer under out-of-plane loading by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The results show that:the connectors are kept in a safe and stable state,and the insulation nails connecting the outermost rockwool are easy to inlay,and the rockwool layer is not easy to peel,and the upper and lower ends of the joint between the middle graphite layer and the shear wall are prone to peel under the action of strong wind.The risk of peeling of graphite layer and shear wall can be reduced by the encryption arrangement of connecting parts.The suggestions on the layout of external insulation single-sided superimposed shear wall connectors under external load is given to provide reference for engineering application.
